Chicken & Tings boss Damion said he is hoping that all the hype currently surrounding his birthnight party, Mastermind, will come to pass today at Oneil's Place in St Andrew.

The popular restaurateur, 30, has cemented himself firmly within several dancehall circles since he became known half decade ago. He has kept a few successful events, most noticeable Chicken & Tings Month End Fridays, which has been on a pause for the past three months.

Also, he has made for himself an interesting figure in dancehall due to his high sense of fashion whenever he appears at events. And, as such, his popularity grew more and more with a number of fans, friends and loved ones all queuing up to celebrate with him another milestone on earth.

Several well-established artistes are expected to be among the long list of patrons. They will be treated to quality music all night, which will be provided by Six Killa, Rhyme Up, Flava Unit, Jamrock's DJ Aggart, Chicken & Tings' DJ Energy, and ladies' favourite Chris Dymond.

Gentlemen are asked to pay $1,000 upon entrance while the ladies will have a 2-4-1 special, which will conclude at 2 a.m. The atmosphere is expected to be a thriller and Damion has said he is eagerly waiting for its start.

"The buzz surrounding the event is incredible. My BlackBerry phone has been freezing all week, people messaging me on Facebook. Whenever they come to the restaurant it is the same. I am very excited to see the outcome," he said.

This will be the third year running that the young entrepreneur will be celebrating his birthday publicly, and he has promised to make it a lifetime experience for those who join the celebration.

"I am going hard on this one. The event is a classy one, so patrons must dress elegant and just come with the expectation to have a blast," he said.
