Heineken to host Carnival viewing party

Heineken will host 'Heineken Rio', a new and exciting carnival viewing party at the Heineken Keg on Waterloo Road, St Andrew, commencing at 12 p.m.

The event will boast a viewing deck, a chill or cool-out zone, a mobile spa and a food court. Persons with valid bacchanal Road March armbands will be able to enter free, all other patrons will pay $1,000 Heineken inclusive.

The ultimate Trinidadian DJ duo Nuphoric of the carnival band Tribe; Patrick Anthony, the energetic hype man and the talented disc jockey DJ Mr Panks aka, Ryan Pankar, will be on hand to bring their high energy to show patrons along with onstage hype antics and Ryan's precise mixing and pumping selections.

"We are officially sponsored by Heineken International in Trinidad, so we are super excited to be part of a Heineken event in Jamaica, especially to be in the country with all the energy surrounding Jamaica's Carnival weekend," said Anthony.

Nasha Douglas, brand manager, Heineken, says that the brand is all about creating amazing and signature experiences for consumers, bringing Nuphoric back to Jamaica is one way of ensuring that all road revellers have a great time.

Patrons can therefore look forward to an experience of non-stop partying and high-energy entertainment, as popular local disc jockey DJ Cruise will also be blazing the turntable with soca hit after soca hit. Heineken, proud sponsors and one of Red Stripe's premium beer brands encourages patrons to come out and enjoy the experience but while doing so, 'Drink Right', and enjoy the brand responsibly at the right age, the right way and in the right amount.
