I am 19 and sexually active. I had unprotected sex with a guy and now I am having pains and an unusual discharge. I have to change my underwear three or four times, daily, and I am very worried. Please tell me what to do.

If you are having an unusual discharge, you should go to the doctor immediately and he, or she, will tell you what to do. This is not something you should ignore. Please be reminded your condition would get worse, so attention should be given to this problem right away.
