I have a burning issue with my spouse. He does not like cleanliness. It is one year now since I have been telling him to go to the dentist and to have his teeth cleaned. I have also told him to go to a medical doctor to do his check-up and my advice has fallen on deaf ears. To make matters worse, he has a very small 'manhood' because he is fat. But despite all of what I have said, I do care.
