The Obrien White-ridden FIERCEANDFABULOUS (No.1) and PISCEAN ROCKET, with Percy Williams aboard, go head-to-head in the Easter Sprint Cup over 1100 metres.

Richard Azan's PISCEAN ROCKET, runner-up in his last five races, has worked like a bomb for tomorrow's ninth race, an overnight allowance at 1300 metres.

The four-year-old gelding gets a decent pull at the scale and will come in at 42.5 kilos with champion jockey Dane Nelson, who has been astride for his last four races.

Azan's runner blazed six furlongs in 1:13.1 at exercise last Wednesday and was clocked in 59.3, for five furlongs round, the previous Thursday.

Tuned for an elusive win since graduating to overnight allowance, PISCEAN ROCKET's main threats are PRINCE ANDREW and seven-year-old CLASSY PROSPECT.

Conditioned by champion trainer Wayne daCosta, CLASSY PROSPECT takes on overnight allowance for the third time since dropping class from open allowance on July 19.

PRINCE ANDREW has been racing consistently at the level and almost pulled off a win at 1400 metres on July 5 when he was caught and beaten by United States-bred GOGO YVONNE.

CLASSY PROSPECT runs his best race from in front, but at seven years old, will have a tough time shaking the younger horses especially WILLIE GOLDSMITH and PRINCE ANDREW.

PISCEAN ROCKET is a strong stalker with a good turn of foot, ideally suited to 1300 metres. The pace is bound to come back to Azan's runner in the stretch run.

He was outsped in his last two races, both at 1000 metres straight. However, he came home fast to get within a length of SUNLIGHT EXPRESS on July 26 and had found only SIR VON better at the distance two weeks earlier.

For both races, PISCEAN ROCKET had got into trouble at the start, breaking slowly and stumbling on the other occasion. Azan has declared his charge with a tongue-tie for tomorrow's race, hoping to keep him more alert.

With the last two runs under his girth, finishing close in races won in 58.1 and 57.3, none should report more willing than PISCEAN ROCKET, who should finally break his overnight allowance maiden.
