An Ananda Alert has been activated for 17-year-old Shanelle Johnson of a Kingston 20 address, who has been missing since Saturday, September 6.

She is of dark complexion, medium build and is 163 centimetres (5 feet 4 inches) tall.

Reports from the Duhaney Park police are that Shanelle left home about 2:30 p.m., dressed in a pink T-shirt, blue jeans pants and a pair of gold slippers. She has not been seen or heard from since. Several subsequent efforts to contact her have so far proven futile.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Shanelle Johnson is being asked to contact the Duhaney Park police at 933-4280, police 119 emergency number, or the nearest police station.
