Case against rugby player put off
The Police Cybercrime report in the case against the national rugby player accused of revenge pornography still remains outstanding.

The man is charged with obscene publication and is to return to court on November 27.

The Crown alleges that on September 5, about 1 p.m., the accused allegedly uploaded nude photographs of the complainant, with whom he had a relationship, on Facebook. On September 18, the complainant took the police to the accused man's house where she pointed him out.

The national rugby player had admitted under caution to the police that he had uploaded four pictures from his phone.

His bail has been extended.
