Reggae artiste Kim Kelly is gearing up to perform in New York for the first time in her budding career. The reggae-based event is called No Prejudice and will feature a slew of reggae/dancehall artistes including Beenie Man, Natural Black, Prestige, Garnet Silk Jr, Tafari, Keisha Martin and Lady Ali.

No Prejudice will be held on November 15, 2014, at Pulse 48 in Brooklyn, and is being organised by Triple T Productions and Jammins Entertainment. Kim Kelly recently released a single under UIM Records called Plans Fi Yu.

"I think this is a great opportunity for me, especially as an up-and-coming artiste to share the stage with real talented people who've been in the game for so many years. This will be my first time to ever perform in New York and I am so ready. I love good music and all the acts bring that fire. So I am more than honoured to be on this line-up," she said.

While in New York, the singer will make appearances at radio stations such as the popular syndicated Irish and Chin Sound Chat Radio, Randy's Radio with DJ Hypeness, Real Deal FM and Linkage Radio.

Kim Kelly is also promoting new singles including Girls Night Out by Misik-muzik, Wine On Me by Godson Production, Walk Away by Kheilstone Music, In My Bed by Asha D Production and Forever Starts Today by Alphaphi Music.

The artiste is receiving rotation in Canada, Europe and Africa. She also plans to film the music video for a single called Fall In Love in Jamaica this fall.

"In the past month and half I've just been writing and recording, in and out of the studio. Music will be dropping from Kim Kelly by now and the new year. I hope to release my debut EP in 2015. My music has different flavours and I'm excited to see how the world will receive them," she said.
