Charged with assault occasioning bodily harm is 32-year-old Leonoire Earthlighte of a Kingston 11 address. According to reports, on October 8 around 6:45 p.m., the complainant visited the accused at his home to collect money for their child, when a dispute developed over her making a phone call. Earthlight however, denied using a hammer to hit his child's mother saying, "there was an altercation but there was no hammer, is she attack me first with a scissors."
