I just want to tell you how much I enjoy reading your column in the Weekend Star. My boyfriend and I always argue over them. He believes men should control women and nothing is wrong if a man slaps a woman, sometimes, especially when she refuses to listen.

Pastor, thank you for standing up for women. You are a good husband, father and an example to men.

Your boyfriend believes he has the right to abuse women. Perhaps you should tell him that is a recipe for prison. Now that you know that he believes he has a right to discipline, women by beating them, you should prepare for a beating too. If and when he does that, make sure to report him to the police and have him arrested. In fact, you should go further by leaving him.
