Stylo G to release Lion Eye

UK-based and Jamaica-born dancehall artiste Stylo G has enjoyed tremendous success across Europe over the past two years.

Not only has he racked up successive hits such as Soundbwoy, Call Mi a Leader and Badd (featuring Sister Nancy), but he has also collaborated with a number of British crossover acts. He also won the Best Reggae Act in the 2014 MOBO and Urban Music Awards.

In a show of appreciation to his fans for their continued support, Stylo G is set to release Lion Eye, a full dancehall album and video documentary which highlights his music, as well as Jamaican culture, and some of Britain's biggest names in music.

Featured in the documentary are British dance/electronic act Clean Bandit (who teamed with Stylo for the UK chart hit, Come Over), renown broadcasters and disc jockeys David Rodigan and Robbo Ranx, reggae artistes Sizzla and Tony Rebel, as well as platinum selling producer Tarik 'Rvssian' Johnston.

The first release from the project is the Lion Eye track, produced by Adde Instrumentals. It is available for preview on Stylo G's official YouTube page.

The documentary was shot and produced by Toxic TV from the UK.

"This is more of a giving back to the fans, like an appreciation to the fans. The album will be given away free to fans on a Lion Eye memory sticker at a release party to be announced," a source close to the project disclosed.
