According to police reports, the suspect, who is from Springfield in Montego Bay, was held with 38 lead sheets and after being questioned, admitted to investigators that he used the lead sheets to make contact with persons overseas for scamming purposes.

"He (the suspect) was held today (yesterday) with 38 lead sheets and other lottery slamming paraphernalias. He admitted in a caution statement that he used the paraphernalias to make contact with persons overseas," an investigator at the May Pen Police Station told THE WEEKEND STAR.
