Star Tell Me Pastor

I am content without a man

Dear Pastor,

I love to read your column. You are the reason I buy the Star. I don't have a man and I don't want any. I had a man, but he died eight years ago, and since then, I have not had a man. Not that I can't get one, but I can't trust them. My children love me and are taking care of me. I have three children and they are all grown up. Since their father died, I have never brought a man to this house.

Some of my friends have been married two and three times, but no one can take my husband's place, so I stay alone.

Keep up your good work, Pastor.

G.M.

Dear G.M.,

I am happy to know that you are a regular reader of my column. You should call me sometimes. I would love to talk to you.

I am glad that you had a happy marriage. Sorry that your husband passed away. Take good care of yourself and please write again.

Pastor
