Heineken Rio Highlights

HIGHLIGHTS - Contributed photos

Providing the perfect viewing deck for revellers who were not able to be a part of this year's carnival road march, Heineken Rio was yet another success.

From the design and décor to the music, food and refreshments, Heineken was the hot spot to get the best carnival experience.

Revellers stopped by and took full advantage of the services that Heineken was offering. The make-up artist and hair stylist were very efficient in getting the revellers in and out and back on the road to continue with the rest of the parade.

The DJs provided some of the best soca music and had the crowd jumping and wining their waist to every beat. Nuphoric brought high energy. Dei Musicale was up next and continued the streak of high-energy performance as the crowd continued to grow.

ZJ Liquid was next to hit the stage he had the crowd in a frenzy with every song he played. He gave the patrons some dancehall and old school music, which had revellers dancing up a storm. He climbed quickly through the years delivering some of the best danchall hits ever. He switched genres and gave a little bit of everything from hip hop to reggae to soca.

The party did not stop there as a surprise appearance by Chi Ching Ching had the crowd singing to some of his favourites. His performance made way for Trinidadian Soca artiste Skinny Fabulous who was well received by the audience. He performed songs like What Time is It, Head Bad, All of Your Body and crowd favourite Worse Behaviour.

Patrons continued to party and enjoyed the return of Nuphoric who kept the vibe going after the performances.
