St Andrew B beat Vaz Prep in the lone match in the Prep Schools Table Tennis Competition.

The newcomers stopped visitors Vaz 4-1 in a boys encounter.

In individual results, Anelka Harrige, Jordan Wright and Wayne Jones of St Andrew B cruised to easy 3-0 victories over Denson Nesbeth, Zachary Thompson and Jason Jarrett respectively.

Gareth Black of St Andrew B pipped J'havier Lynch 3-2 for the fourth win for his team, as Vaz's Nathan Curtis overpowered Joel Barclay 3-0, to pull one back for his team.

The competition continues today with St Jago entertaining Emmanuel in a boys' match at 2:30 p.m. - other matches were postponed as many schools are out on a long, holiday weekend.
