Gonzales to headline all comers tomorrow

RAYMOND GRAHAM, STAR Writer

In what is expected to be a very busy summer on the track and in the field, local athletes will continue their preparation once again as the second Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association All Comers Track and Field meet tomorrow inside the National Stadium starting at 6 pm.

These meets have been well supported since their inception as both junior and senior athletes preparing for the June National Championships get chances to keep themselves in good competitive mode before the major Championships.

Last week's first staging was well supported and this trend should continue tomorrow with national 400m record holder, Jermaine Gonzales expected to take the track.

Tomorrow's events on the track will be 400m hurdles for males and females, 200m for males and females, along with 3000m for females and 5000m for males . In the field, there will be discus, high jump, and triple jump for both males and females.

In addition there will be 100m, 200m and 400m for Paralympic athletes. These events will be held in the morning.
