Canadian sensation to drop new reggae single

Teenage Canadian singer Lucas DiPasquale shot to fame last year when his YouTube video of himself performing acoustic versions of Popcaan's hit songs Road Affi Tek On, Ravin and Only Man She Want went viral. Fast-forward a year and DiPasquale is back on the dancehall trails with a new single scheduled for release June 30.

The single, Do It Like, features Kardinal Offishall, Stylo G and Konshens. The music video for the song was also shot on location in downtown Kingston. DiPasquale returned to Jamaica earlier this year and, according to a release from Tuff Gong International, the singer recorded music for his upcoming debut EP with Stephen McGregor.

After DiPasquale's video went viral with more than 150,000 views in one month, he became so popular that he even gained the attention of 'Mr Unruly' himself, Popcaan, who invited the teen to perform at a Dream Weekend event in Negril last summer.
