Two men were killed and another is nursing gunshot wounds after they were shot at a bus park in Mandeville, Manchester, last night. Reports are that the men were shot about 7:15 p.m. in the bus park beside the Anglican church in the town. When THE STAR contacted head of the Manchester police, Superintendent Melvin Brown, he was still on the scene and admitted that details were uncertain at the moment. He said, "One man was killed on the spot, one was pronounced dead at hospital, and I am told one is nursing wounds in stable condition." He also said no motive has been established for the incident, however, it is being theorised that the men were attacked by rival gang members. |
