JUTC to transport football fans

The Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) will transport football fans to and from tomorrow's Jamaica versus Nicaragua World Cup Qualifier at the National Stadium.

A release from the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) said buses will be provided on routes 77, 83, and 88 in the evening to ensure persons can travel to the Stadium from downtown Kingston, Cross Roads, Papine and Half- Way Tree with ease. The JUTC is a member of the JFF's Local Organising Committee for the World Cup Qualifier.

After the game, buses will be available to transport patrons to several destinations including Half-Way Tree, downtown Kingston, Spanish Town, Portmore, Harbour View, Bull Bay, Molynes Road and Washington Boulevard.

Buses will arrive at the venue half an hour before the estimated end time of the match and will park along Arthur Wint Drive for loading at end of the match. Regular fares will be charged. The match is set to kick off at 8 p.m.
