Dancehall deejay TiviTy recently returned to the island after completing a promotional run in several cities in the United States. The artiste said the promo run will aid in building his growing fan base.

"The promotional run was a major accomplishment for me and it allowed me to capture a new fan base while representing dancehall music. The overall experience was very memorable," TiviTy said.

Some of the cities he performed in were Philadelphia, New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston and New York.

Since returning, he has released the single Say One Thing. The song was produced by Hippaside Records from Jamaica and Black Diamonds Music Group from Liverpool, England.

"It has been stirring up some amount of controversy among the females, but the overall feedback has been positive so far," he said.

TiviTy recently performed at the JCDC Road Show which made stops in Bull Bay, Kingston and St Catherine. He also wowed the crowd at dancehall artiste Popcaan's treat and stage show in 3West, Greater Portmore.

Born Tivaughn Watson, he taught mechanical engineering and industrial arts at his alma mater St Catherine High before he ventured into music.

"I have watched TiviTy over the years and he has certainly developed into an artiste of superb lyrical skills. Certainly, (he's) indicative of what Portmore has produced in the very recent past. We are currently in dialogue with our contacts in North America and the Caribbean to have more intense TiviTy promotions in these territories," Ray Alexander, his manager said.
