Popcaan, QQ, now on Life Support rhythm

The 'Life Support' rhythm is easily one of the hottest rhythms in the world of dancehall in 2015.

High-profile artistes such as Popcaan and QQ have recently voiced singles on the project, a move that is amping up the promotion of the already popular rhythm which is a fixture in local dances.

"A few more artistes voiced on the riddim after the initial release, and people love the song dem, so we decided to release a larger and completely remastered version of the juggling, making a major difference in the overall sound of the songs as far as loudness, warmth and crispness. The full release is titled 'Life Support Double Dose' and will be dropping on iTunes and all major music outlets soon," superproducer Justus Arison said.

Popcaan's Weed is My Best Friend leads the pack, and has already jumped on the FIWI Choice Top Ten chart, while Kurry Stain's Sky Pree and Beenie Man's Pool Party are also party-rockers, burning up local charts.

Arison, the boss of JA Productions, is pleased with the feedback so far, and believes that the rhythm is quickly gaining ascendancy with recent high-power additions.

JA Productions will be releasing a slew of new videos, shot with state-of-the-art equipment and game-changing drone technology, within the next couple of weeks. The blitz will include videos from JA Productions rookie Kurry Stain, Kalado, veteran hitmaker Munga, and Billboard chart-topping deejay Sean Paul.

"We will be releasing a number of videos for the project. We have already shot Kurry Stain, Sean Paul and Munga videos for their songs on Life Support, as well as the video for Kalado's popular single Now or Never. We are currently planning extra videos for some of the new songs, so look out for much more. The team is putting in crazy work, we ah take it to the next level," Arison said.

Munga's Push Dem Out will lead out the riddim with a video premiere this week on 'Onstage' on CVM, and will be in major rotation on RE TV, HYPE TV and Swagg TV next week.

"Dancehall fans will be impressed by the quality of Munga's video and he has been on a major promotional blitz this week, and we giving thanks for his well-being. Jah works in mysterious ways and it is great to see Munga a push di wicked people dem out a him way and a do him ting stronger than ever," Arison said.
