Just when fans were starting to wonder where she was, Jamaica-born singer Kris Kelli is making her musical comeback after signing a major deal with Maybach Music's boss, Rick Ross, on his newly created label MMG Digital.

In an interview with Allhiphop.com on Monday, the singer told her fans to keep an eye out for her as her new deal with Rick Ross is a sign of big things to come in the near future.

"Jamaica, get ready cause we're taking it to the world. Me linking up with Rick Ross is a blessing," she said. She also talked about the new song both herself and Ross are currently promoting called Me & You.

The singer was conducting the interview while doing behind-the-scenes planning for the video. "We came together and the song sounds dope," she said. "We've been getting crazy love on radio and stuff, a lot of people been feeling it and I just can't wait to do the video."

Ross also talked about the track and what it was like working with Kelli. "What made it so dope, it's popping off at radio," he explained. "I know, for me, just feeling her, just that reggae, that vibe to it (the song), that sexy appeal to it just feels good to focus on something real big. It's going to be something real big, a huge collaboration. MMG Digital, it's going to be something new we're introducing to the world."

This deal comes on the heels of another contract with Atlanta Hip-Hop mogul Russell 'Block' Spencer. Spencer is relaunching his label Block Worldwide Entertainment and signed Kelli as one of his artistes. Spencer has been named as the man responsible for introducing acts like Boyz-N-Da-Hood, Rick Ross and Yung Joc to the world.

During her career, Kelli has worked with several Jamaican entertainers, including Beenie Man and Vybz Kartel, her re-make of Fame with the latter received heavy rotation on the radio when it was released more than eight years ago.
