Laza brings heat with 'Wine Yuh Body'

Four years ago, singer Laza Morgan topped the charts with 'One by One' featuring Mavado. Now, Morgan is back with an equally sensuous track with the DJ Xplicit-produced 'Wine Yuh Body'. It is featured on the Love Breeze rhythm.

The explosive tune is one of the stand-out tracks on the project and, of course, the artiste is upbeat about it.

"I've known the producer a good while now. He has always told me he wanted us to collaborate on something and after a while, he sent me the Love Breeze rhythm. When I heard it, it made me just think of dancehall and the vibes when the women were dancing," Morgan said.

A remix of Wine Yuh Body is in the works along with a supporting music video.

Morgan recently teamed up with his younger brother MJ Morgan to form Corner King Music, a label they will use to promote their music as well as those from up-and-coming artistes.

"With Corner King Music, we are getting ready to drop our first riddim which is called King Culture. We have several artistes on it.

"I am also working on my skate park project for St Thomas, and right now, we have skateboards and apparel available in Jamaica. We plan to build the first Jamaican brand skateboard," said Morgan who is signed to Atlantic Records.

He plans to release an album soon. "I am just working on my business affairs before I drop it," he said.
