André Shepherd is 'Covered'

Emerging artiste André Shepherd is enjoying a tremendous feedback and growing fan base across the Caribbean, USA and Canada.

This thanks to the release of his single, Covered, on the True Colours rhythm produced by Canada-based label Konsequnece Muzik.

"Since the release of the track, I have been receiving numerous requests to record for USA-based labels. I live by the principles of being optimistic and equally realistic, and as a past Kingston College student I also believe that the brave may fall but never yield. With the vision of becoming a household name, I will continue to evolve as a writer, singer and performer without limitations," said Shepherd.

The rhythm, released last month, also features Jahmiel, 3 Star, Quick Cook, Jae Prynse and many more. The compilation is available on iTunes and is distributed by Hapilos 21.

Shepherd explained the concept behind Covered. "Like most of my songs, it comes from personal experiences and observations. The melodies and lyrics come to me expectedly. I never plan the outline, it seems to flow naturally through divine intervention."

The promising artiste recently did a show in Florida and performed at 'Culture Shock' at Dinthill Technical High School, where he wowed many, including the promoter Talisa Taylor.

Latoya McKay of Konsequnece Muzik said the label will, among other projects, be doing a radio campaign and a music video for Covered.
