Bail extended in case, cross case

A man and woman involved in a case and cross case, accused of injuring each other, had their bails extended when the appeared before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court last Thursday.

Charged with assault occasioning bodily harm is Raphaelita Insular. Robert Taylor is charged with unlawful wounding.

Allegations are that on September 5, following a dispute, Insular reportedly bit Taylor on his left hand causing swelling and bruises. It is said that Taylor then used a stone to hit Insular in the face several times causing it to bleed.

In court, Resident Magistrate Maxine Ellis ordered both to return on November 24 for trial. A fingerprint order were made against both Insular and Taylor.
